Created innovative designs for six Choolaah Indian BBQ restaurant locations spanning three states. Our approach was centered on reshaping traditional Indian dining stereotypes. We reimagined the kitchen by integrating the ovens front and center into the experience while creating multiple opportunities for customer engagement throughout the space.
